Free Worldwide Shipping Policy

At Glory Store US, we offer free global shipping on every order—no matter the size or destination. We understand the excitement of receiving your purchase quickly, which is why we aim to process and ship every order efficiently without compromising on quality.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

All our jackets are made-to-order. For standard sizes, your order is typically processed and shipped within 10 business days, though delays of up to 20 business days may occur during peak seasons.

Custom-made jackets require a bit more time:

-> Made-to-measure orders: Dispatched within 5–7 weeks after confirmation of details.

-> Fully bespoke orders: Dispatched within 12–15 weeks after final measurements and specifications are confirmed.

Once your order is shipped, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

International Shipping Coverage

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we currently do not ship to the following regions:

->Russia

->Brazil

->Israel

->Iran

->Iraq

->India

-> Countries under OFAC sanctions

Courier Partners

To ensure safe and timely delivery, all shipments are sent through trusted express couriers like DHL, FedEx, TNT, or similar services. The courier used will depend on the shipping location and availability for fastest delivery.

PO Box and APO/FPO Restrictions

For security reasons, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a complete street address when placing your order.

Customs & Import Duties

All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Complimentary Items Policy

Orders containing more than 10 items are not eligible for complimentary items by default. However, exceptions may be granted—please contact our support team for special requests.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once payment is complete, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor tracking progress and contact the courier directly if delivery attempts fail.

If a package is returned or destroyed due to missed delivery attempts or lack of communication with the courier, Glory Store US cannot be held responsible.

We may combine multiple orders into a single shipment when going to the same address, unless otherwise specified. Once dispatched, we are unable to modify delivery addresses or schedules.
