Can I provide the sample or pictures for custom-made?

Yes. Glory Store provides specific custom services. If you have unique one that really want to get, we can make it based on the jacket sample or picture.

How long does it take to make my jacket's?

It usually takes 7-20 days to finish your jacket's after placing the order, the specific time depending on the process involved in your order.

Can I get after-sale services?

Yes. You get a lifetime warranty for the jackets you purchase from Glory Store.

Can I get a return or exchange?

Yes. You can return it within 7 days of receipt. However, the refund will be 30%-50% of the custom price, 100% refund might not be accessible since the custom-made jacket has special size or designs which is highly personal.

Can it be shipped worldwide? What’s the estimate time of arrival?

Yes, we support shipping worldwide. The delivery time is generally 5-7 days in the continental United States, and 7-10 days in other countries (remote areas depend on the situation).
